Interwoven PCG for Women is a nonprofit Christian organization dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for women to intentionally pause, authentically connect, and spiritually grow. We currently do this through an annual retreat and quarterly gatherings.

At Interwoven, our mission is to create meaningful experiences for women that allow them to intentionally pause, authentically connect, and spiritually grow. We provide a space where women can take a break from the busyness of everyday life to reflect and recharge, build genuine relationships within a supportive community, and deepen their relationship with God to nurture their spiritual journey.

With Holy Spirit-guided leadership, we seek to energize women to walk with God, live out their faith, and embody the fruit of the Spirit—positively influencing their circles for the name of Jesus.

Interwoven began as a small church group, created to seek God’s guidance and provide a safe space for women to connect, decompress, and build godly friendships—a haven where women could be their authentic selves without fear of judgment. In 2012, Interwoven hosted its first retreat with a small group of women stepping away from daily life to grow in faith. The transformative weekend strengthened our relationships with God and each other, inspiring the group to expand and offer more retreats for women seeking to pause, connect, and grow. What began at a lake house on Lake Martin expanded to a beach house in Gulf Shores in 2018 and relocated to Perdido Beach Resort in 2023.
With prayer and divine direction, Interwoven grew beyond its church origins. God led us to rebrand and welcome women from all walks of life. Today, Interwoven is a thriving community where women walk with God, live out their faith, and reflect the fruit of the Spirit—positively impacting their circles for Jesus.
Paul the Apostle describes our mission beautifully: "I want you woven into a tapestry of love, in touch with everything there is to know of God. Then you will have minds confident and at rest, focused on Christ" (Colossians 2:2-3). Founded by Rebecca Bankey, Interwoven continues to thrive as a community where women are empowered to live their faith and positively influence those around them for the glory of Jesus.
