What is Bonus Day? Bonus Day is like February 29 meets a surprise snow day – a little gift on the calendar, just for you. No obligations, no to-do's. Stay in and treat yourself, head out with friends, or just chill solo. Want to spend it beachside? Go for it. Don’t forget the sunscreen! However you slice it, Bonus Day is all about doing whatever makes you happy. So kick back, unwind, and soak up some sweet “me time.”
What is a typical Retreat schedule like? A typical schedule during our Retreat weekends always starts off with Check-in, a Welcome time, and a fantastic dinner at our Resort. We’ll also gather together for a time to introduce our theme and content for the weekend. Saturdays begin with breakfast together, quiet time, scheduled sessions and Worship time throughout the day, small group meetups, and a group service project. Lunch and dinner will be at our Resort, and don’t worry, we will have a few hours during the afternoon for Free Time! Take a nap, hit the beach, go shopping, it’s up to you! Sundays start off with packing up, breakfast, worship, and quiet time. We’ll meet together for our closing session. Then its time to load up and drive home!
Am I able to room by myself? Yes, you can room by yourself for an additional charge.
What is the cancellation policy? A non-refundable deposit is required to register for the Interwoven Retreat. If you are unable to attend for any reason, your deposit may be transferred to another person. It is your responsibility to find and coordinate with the replacement participant. Please note: Payments beyond the deposit are non-refundable after October 1. If you cancel before 11:59pm on October 1, only the amount paid above the deposit is eligible for a refund.
Will I need to bring money for food? All retreat meals are included starting Friday evening through Sunday morning. Consider bringing money for snacks on the way and on the way back from retreat. Bonus Day meals are not included.
What time does Retreat start and end? Registration usually begins late afternoon Friday and ends late morning on Sunday. Check for specifics on the Retreat Registration page.
How much free time will I have? We incorporate free time into the schedule on Saturday afternoon. To note: the Retreat agenda will vary somewhat from event to event.
What if I have food allergies? Please make note of any food allergies in the provided space on the registration form. You may also reach out to someone on Retreat Planning Team.
Do you offer scholarships? While Interwoven does not offer scholarships, there is an opportunity to apply for a needs based discount. For more information or to submit a request, please contact Sandra Rogers at sandra@interwoven-pcg.org.
Can I carpool? Carpool options are available. Please note on registration form if you would like to carpool. Ladies who have offered to drive are required to provide proof of insurance and a copy of their Motor Vehicle Report.
Can I bring my teen daughter? Interwoven is for women ages 18 years and older. We welcome mother/daughter and other family combos!
